Sancerre Blanc "Prestige"
This cuvee comes from the great terroirs of Bué - Chêne Marchand, Grand Chemarain and la Paquerette. The wine is aged for a year in tank and barrel which helps to give it structure and a pronounced aromatic complexity. This wine needs time to age a bit to help show its full potential. An ideal accompaniment with a meal and certain desserts.
- Colour: A golden yellow
- Tasting note: A fine and aromatic nose, dominated by floral notes. In the mouth: dry, round and powerful.
- Serving suggestion: As an aperitif, with fish in sauce, shellfish, seafood and desserts.
