Menetou-Salon Rouge
The Pinot Noirs of the Menetou-Salon appellation gives reds that are flavoursome and easy to drink. They should be served between 12 and 14°, and can be aged for 5 to 6 years, depending on the vintage.
- Colour: Quite a deep ruby red
- Tasting note: Red fruits (mainly cherry and raspberry). In the mouth: a supple wine, rounded, with good aromatic persistence.
- Serving suggestion: Goes with game, white meats and cheeses.
